The report
It provides an explanation of the importance of psychological safety and trust in team development, a summary of the Sikkhona model, and a map of the team's current state. It describes what can be observed in the team, suggests action strategies, and highlights key areas to work on.
The tool allows for a new Sikkhona Team Assessment diagnosis after a period of time to measure the team’s actual progress.

Getting certified in the model will allow you to facilitate work sessions with individuals and teams based on the reports you can create on the Bridge platform. It will also give you access to all learning resources within the private area of our website, and you will be able to take part in all community activities (including model mentoring and master classes).
